Picture that runner you see moving with grace and ease, as though they are floating effortlessly, and where you really can’t tell if they are at the beginning, or towards the end of their run. This is what we will teach you at the Running Clinic.
We are not here to re-invent running, we’re here to teach you the skill of form and efficiency so that your next run will be lighter, smoother and more powerful.
We work with the body you have i.e. your biomechanics, without big changes AND by using SIMPLE and strategic cues to unlock your full potential. Your true potential lies in your running efficiency and form, not fancy super shoes or changing your foot strike pattern.
We also offer Agility skills to sharpen movement efficiency with multi-directional transitions experienced in field and court based sports such as soccer, hockey and football.

Anyone with a willingness to Run or seeking to improve their agility.
This clinic involves up to 40 minutes to assess your running form, function and efficiency.
- Warm up.
- 40 metre run throughs at variable paces that are often slow and always sustainable.
- Feedback and simple cues, totalling no more than 3 cues to master your efficiency.
- Option to apply these new strategies under fatigue
- Questions and Cool down.
There is always something to get out of these sessions, regardless of your experience. We touch on foot strike patterns, cadence, elasticity, surfaces and more.
If you can hop on one leg, on the spot and side to side with each leg comfortably and can perform at least 10-15 single calf raises... This is for you. If you are unsure, best to give us a call and we can work on a plan in the clinic to get you ready for this session.
